Nausicaä
Nausicaä (2018) was shot in Iceland to raise awareness of both the beauty and the vulnerability of mother nature. Glaciers are indicators of global warming and have reduced in size tremendously quick. In Iceland, most of the larger ones have retreated at an unprecedented speed, coinciding with the rising temperature in the northern hemisphere.
It is the first autonomous series since Le Rêve Rose (2015), showing a personal growth from an innocent age into a cooler and more realistic view on the world.
Part of the proceeds from this series will be donated to The Icelandic Environment Association.
